Squires is a traditional tea and coffee shop with an extensive lunch time menu. We serve over forty loose leaf teas and pure Arabica whole bean coffees. There is always a great choice of lovely homemade cakes and we offer a proper afternoon tea served on a three tier plate. Squires is located in one of the oldest and prettiest buildings in Rayleigh High Street.

Snuggling comfortably between a neighbouring period property and a more modern one. Pretty as a picture from the outside, with its twin bay windows and hanging baskets, Squires is as cosy and inviting inside.

It offers a varied all-day coffee shop menu that specialises in soups, quiches and cakes among several other dishes.

 

To a background of mainly jazz, the set afternoon tea is served from a choice of twenty different loose leaf teas and a similar number of pure Aribaca coffees, along with a variety of sandwiches, scones with cream and jam, and fresh cakes.
