S. Stibbards & Sons Ltd are a truly independent family owned and run Funeral Directors and Monumental Masons who have been serving the communities of Southend, Castle Point and beyond for over 140 Years. The business was started by Samuel Stibbards in 1867 from premises close to what is now the company's head office in Hadleigh and is still wholly owned and run by his decendent's.
Over time and through the generations the company's aim to bring the very best in care and service to the communities it serves has led to the opening of four other offices in the local area, Leigh-on-sea, Canvey Island, Shoeburyness and most recently Hockley.

We also have our own in-house memorial works and will be happy to assist you in selecting an appropiate memorial to commemorate your loved one, which will then be hand-finished by our own mason.
